The human-readable "name" portion of an email "Address Specification" is
distinct from the "addr-spec" portion. Only the addr-spec is used for
routing mail. Thus, people should only write filters to key off the email
address and not the ignored name portion. See

If I could make a request, I would very, very much like to get rid of the
"ONT" and "SUO:" tags injected into the subject lines. They are an
unmitigated disaster for sorting and grouping messages by subject. The fact
that different mailers insert their "Re:" into different places (i.e.,
either before or after that tag) and the fact that these variations combine
upon repeated replying makes for highly fragmented topic threads.
