Does anyone have any experience using sofwtare tools supporting the IBIS
approach? It is designed PRECISELY for the conveneint recording of issues
and positions. It has been around for a long time, it would be good if
there were public domain tools that were linked with threaded discussions,
but that might be too much to ask for...
