SUO: Free vs. copyright

'Free' does not mean no copyright.  Cyc's current upper ontology is posted
on the web for free use, but it has a copyright that has prevented SUO from
using it, and Doug Lenat has never come through (in spite of verbal
interest) with copyright permission to SUO.
