### Jon, that first URL appears to be dead, and the last one doesn't even
seem to contain the word "interpretation" or "interpret" so unless I'm missing a point it could be a mistaken reference; as for the second one its subject is the "creation of integrative universities in the 21st century" --it is a very long paper so I would be grateful if you could extract the relevant portion for me and briefly put it in the context of my message, many thanks in advance
