I would like to include in the definition of "Upper" some notion of 
primitiveness of some portion of the concepts we will define.

By primitive here I refer to terms that will not use any others in 
their definitions, or terms that basically can't be defined formally, 
we just take their meaning for granted or provide some operational 
definition.

I haven't thought enough yet about how to word such a thing, but it 
doesn't seem to take much, on this list, to start the text generation 
machine.
