If you pay close attentin to Martin King's words, they really are NOT AT ALL
about telling users what they can and can't doD. Rather it is to convey to
users just as you would convey to a child not to touch the hot burner, that
they do so at their peril, i.e. they probably do not WANT to do that, or if
they do, then they must face possible risks of things going in ways that they
do not WANT.
